Yup the phone is for real. Nokia has just officially launched the X5 in Singapore. The latest chubby square slider may have been launched to compete against the Flipout and Kin One. The phone will feature ofcourse Symbian S60, and has a five megapixel camera, Facebook, MySpace and YouTube integration, as well as some sort of shake-based notification feature.

The Slim NOKIA X6

It is a Name sounding very similar to the X10, from Sony Ericsson. Nokia’s X6 and the Sony Ericsson X10 Xperia also look similar.

Nokia’s E71 was indeed the best selling phone Nokia had ever made in history. In the summer of 2009, Nokia E71 was the best selling QWERTY-device in the whole world. Apart from the sales, it was by far the best QWERTY phone in the market. However Nokia realized the need for a similar but much faster and better looking phone, and oolala, the E72 was out in the markets quicker than imagined. Thus the E72 was actually competing against its older brother. Was this a good strategy or not, we don’t know.

Look wise, the E72 has has remained almost unchanged.

The E71 had a 360MHz CPU, and a E71 user would hardly say it was slow, however, the processor has been replaced with the much-needed 600MHz CPU plus the built-in storage has been jacked up to 250MB.

The keypad has been rearranged for the better, a 5 megapixel camera and the inclusion of a standard 3.5 mm audio jack are the seeming visible differences in the E72. The camera is now upgraded and comes with an one touch auto focus compatible 5 megapixels with a Flash, makes it the perfect smart phone or PDA for any kind of multimedia photography. It can adjust and tweak itself when you are snapping moving objects, thus, eliminating blurred images altogether. The VGA recording quality of the Nokia E72 camera is similar to that of N97 and allows you to record moving objects at a rate of 15 frames/sec with a max dimension of 640×480 pixels. It can auto adjust the video settings for maximum quality output.

A full version of Quickoffice, which includes editing Office files. SIP VoIP 3.0 plus an electronic compass.

So its loaded, dig deeper and there are a lot more features than the E71.
