The wireless mouse is a really good thing to have and is quickly becoming a common computer accessory. It is wire-free and this gives us the freedom to scroll without boundaries or limitations. Here’s a design for a mouse that would use power generated from a wind-up key. Try and not show this to the little ones at home, it sure does look like a toy! but is incredibly, an amazing instrument.
Based on retro toys and the winding watch concept, this device is designed by Ahmet Bektes and is called Sustail. It relies on the user to wind it up when the power runs low, using a key stored on its underside, really cute! it also produces sound as it winds down like the wind-up toys with the purpose of telling users the charge level via sound.
